MOBILE TERMINAL BROADCASTING SYSTEM AND SYSTEM FOR UTILYZING MOBILE TERMINAL INFORMATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile broadcasting system wherein TV programs are received by using a mobile terminal and audience rating of advertisements can be improved and effects of advertisements can be quantitatively evaluated.

SOLUTION: The system has; a detection means which detects completion of a part or the whole of broadcasting of advertisement video data when compressed video data which must be decompressed for broadcasting regular images and advertisement video data which is not required to be decompressed for broadcasting are transmitted in time series from a base station to a mobile terminal provided with a mobile communication part capable of radio transmission/reception and a display screen for displaying images thereon by received electric waves; a decompression permission means which permits the mobile terminal to decompress compressed video data, on the basis of a request from the mobile terminal after completion of broadcast; and a history storage part wherein at least one of an ID code specifying the mobile terminal permitted to decompress the data and history data specifying an advertisement which is completely broadcasted is stored.
