<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, a method, and a device for reservation management by which reservation acceptance in which convenience to both a providing side which provides service and a user who uses the service is taken into consideration can be performed. <P>SOLUTION: A computer 20 by which the service providing side accepts a reservation from the user is made to follow a 1st date addition procedure of adding days which are inconvenient to the providing side to a reservation-unacceptable out-of-reservation date list, a 2nd date addition procedure of adding days which do not meet specified taboo conditions by comparing contents of service that the user plans to use next time with the contents of service that the user has used in the past and the date when the user used the service, and a reservation accepting procedure of accepting a reservation from the user by generating a reservation acceptance picture by using the date list excluding the reservation unacceptable days added to the out-of-reservation date list and providing the reservation acceptance picture to a client 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
