<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurately the judgement of the deterioration of an auxiliary machine battery and a diagnostic function of an auxiliary machine together in a hybrid vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A master controller 270 of a hybrid vehicle judges whether the voltage VCE of the auxiliary machine battery 198 is deteriorated or not by supervising the voltage VCE of the auxiliary machine battery 198 in the state that an ignition IG is turned on, and performs the diagnostic function of the auxiliary machine, such as a resolver 144, etc. If the diagnostic function decision time duration of the auxiliary machine is shorter than the deterioration judging time duration T of the auxiliary machine battery 198, it extends so that the tendency of the deterioration to the auxiliary machine battery 198 may become longer than the judgment time duration T about the diagnostic function decision time duration at a certain point, and prevents a diagnostic function misjudgment caused by the voltage drop of the auxiliary machine battery 198. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
