PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle adjuster capable of increasing operability related to the inclination of an LCD display screen and safety by providing a lock function by a ratchet mechanism and and rotation suppression by a rotation suppressing mechanism. SOLUTION: This angle adjuster 600 comprises the ratchet mechanism 610 for arbitrarily adjusting the inclined position thereof to a printer side and the rotation suppressing mechanism 620. The for arbitrarily suppressing the inclined position thereof to an operator side. The ratchet mechanism is disposed between a rotating bracket 700 and a fixed bracket 800. The adjustment of the angle of the LCD display screen relative to the printer side is performed at the position of engagement between a ratchet gear 630 and a lock claw 640 by the rachet mechanism 610.
