PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating/cooling system capable of reducing the power consumption and improving the performance in the heating/cooling system capable of being used while switching warm/cool. SOLUTION: This heating/cooling system 100 having an accommodating chamber 3 capable of being used while switching warm/cool, is composed of a refrigerant circuit 10 composed of a compressor 11, a gas cooler 12, an expansion valve 16 as a pressure reducing device, evaporators 17, 18, and the like, sealing carbon dioxide as a refrigerant and having supercritical pressure at a high-pressure side, a radiator 14 in which the refrigerant from the gas cooler 12 flows before entering into the pressure reducing device, and an air blower 22 for blowing the air to the gas cooler. The inside of the accommodating chamber 3 is heated by the radiator 14, and cooled by the evaporator 18, and the air blower 22 is stopped when the inside of the accommodating chamber 3 is heated by the radiator 14.
