PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and safely specify an IP address of a radio terminal to be monitored from an MAC address contained in attribution information acquired from a radio base station in a supervisory and control apparatus on a wireless LAN. SOLUTION: A supervisory and control apparatus first receives, from a radio base station, attribution information containing a MAC address of a radio terminal belonging to the radio base station (402). The apparatus then broadcasts, to a sub-net, an ARP packet containing a temporary IP address set to be recognized by each of radio terminals belonging to the sub-net as its own address (404). From each of the radio terminals belonging to the sub-net, an ARP response packet containing its coherent IP address and MAC address is then received as a reply (405). The apparatus finally acquires an IP address of each of the radio terminals belonging to the radio base station simultaneously by collating the MAC address contained in the attribution information with the MAC address contained in the ARP response packets.
