<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid circulation cooling device wherein, if it is mounted on an electronic device, the electronic device can be installed upside down. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid circulating system is provided to circulate a liquid in a system, and a heat generating from a heat generating body is conveyed to a heat dissipation space by means of the liquid to radiate it therefrom. In such the liquid circulation cooling device, a heat exchanger 12 provided with a core 18 and reserved tanks 16 and 17 is installed in the heat dissipation space, and a liquid outlet is provided on the bottom of the core 18 of the reserve tank 17. Thus, even when the reserve tank 17 is arranged upside down and is above the core 18, the liquid outlet of the reserve tank 17 is always filled with a liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
