PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display apparatus with a touch panel which is improved in operability and can progress a presentation smoothly.

SOLUTION: The display device with a touch panel for displaying figures drawn by using a touch panel comprises: a touch point trace detection part 120 for detecting a trace of touch points with respect to the touch panel; a stop touch detection part 122 for detecting stop touch when the touch point stays at the same position for over a specified period while detecting the touch point trace; a figure decision part 124 for deciding the figure shown by the trace detected by the touch point trace detection part 120; and a figure display part 126 for displaying the trace detected by the touch point trace detection part 120 to a display picture 113, deleting the track in display after the decision of the figure by the figure decision part 124 is completed, and displaying to a display picture the figure obtained as a result of decision.
