PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit protection device that functions as a high-frequency noise removing filter without changing of cut-off frequency and as a circuit protection circuit to absorb surge such as static electricity or the like. SOLUTION: The circuit protection device 100 is provided with a constant voltage diode comprised of an input electrode 151, an n-type embedding area 137, a p-type semiconductor substrate 122, and a common electrode 160; a capacitor comprised of an output electrode 152, an electrode insert part 140, a p-type semiconductor substrate 122, and a common electrode 160; and a resistor 124. The input electrode 151 and the output electrode 152 are electrically connected with the resistor 124.
