PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a wire harness for a vehicular door which improves mounting workability and reliability of waterproof. SOLUTION: A terminal 23 of a first connector 20 connected to an electric component 53 arranged at an outer panel 51 side of a waterproof sheet 40 in a vehicular door 50 is made to penetrate through the waterproof sheet 40 and connect with a second connector 30. Further, an engaging part 26a for holding the first connector 20 in a state of being connected with the second connector 30 is also made to penetrate through the waterproof sheet 40. By the above, the second connector 30 is connected to the first connector 20 only by penetrating through the waterproof sheet 40 by the terminal 23 of the first connector 20 and the engaging part 26a without the need of arranging any notch on the waterproof sheet 40, and workability of connection work is improved.
