PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a testing device for a network service system that prevents simulating tools from being asynchronous not to hold results of business transactions in logs etc., separately by kinds of the simulating tools, but to systematically rearrange a time base and business multiplicity by processing response results together. SOLUTION: The testing device is equipped with simulating tool groups 11 to 16 simulating service users, service engineers, network service engineer, and nodes and a simulation controller 5 which controls the network service system through the simulating tool groups 11 to 16 based upon a business load (complex/competition) control script consisting of a service user simulation script, a service engineer simulation script, and a network service engineer simulation script regarding the state of the load quantity of business; and the simulation controller 5 selects a desired pattern from a load table on which the control scripts 6 to 8 are based to find a corresponding business load quantity, selects at least one simulating tool from the simulating tool groups 11 to 16 according to the business load quantity, and generate a command.
