PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission capable of increasing the transmission efficiency of power by remarkably increasing gear ratio. SOLUTION: A sun ring 7 formed in a large diameter and having a chain 8 fixedly wrapped around the outer or inner periphery thereof is installed on a frame 2. A first rotating shaft 11 is supported on the frame 2, and a planetary frame 19 is integrally fitted to the first rotating shaft 11. A second rotating shaft 21 is supported on the planetary frame 19, a planetary ring 23 is fitted to one end part of the second rotating shaft 21, and the planetary ring 23 is engaged with the chain 8 of the sun ring 7. A first pulley 25 is fitted to the second rotating shaft 21, a third rotating shaft 27 is supported on the planetary frame 19, and a second pulley 29 is fitted to the third rotating shaft 27. A wound transmission member 30 is stretched across the pulleys 25 and 29, and a third pulley 32 is fitted to the third rotating shaft 27. A fourth rotating shaft 28 is supported on the frame 2, and a fourth pulley 29 is fitted to the fourth rotating shaft 38. A wound transmission member 43 is stretched across the pulleys 32 and 39.
