PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc, used for a stepless speed change device which prevents a cost increase and endures a high tensile stress and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: There are provided with a disc 20 equipped with a traction surface 21 for enabling a power roller to contact its surface in a rotating state, an inner end face 22 whose small diameter side is proximate to the traction surface 21, and an inner circumferential surface 23 extending from the inner end face 22 to its axial.
