PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device of high function pavement capable of preventing reduction of function by removing dust such as pebble and powder dust plugged up in a clearance of the high function pavement and performing post-handling at low cost. SOLUTION: This cleaning device is provided with brushing roller units 4a, 4b whose shaft axis is substantially horizontally arranged and which have a brushing roller 25 which can be rotated and driven around the shaft axis, a means for reciprocating and moving the brushing roller 25 in the direction of its shaft axis, a suction means composed of a suction box 5 for sucking dust sprang up from a cleaning face by the brushing roller 25, a suction pipe 10, and a turbo blower 13, a dust removing means composed of a cyclone separator 11 for separating and removing sucked dust from suction air in a dry system and a bag filter device 12, and a vehicle 2 capable of running by loading the brushing roller units 4a, 4b, the suction means, and the dust removing means on it.
