PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary and easy-to-use interdental brush for which a wire does not easily break even though it is freely bendable and a gap where saliva and stains are to be accumulated is not generated around the wire by repetitive uses. SOLUTION: In the interdental brush provided with a brush part 2 for which filaments 4 are clamped between twisted wires 3 and a handle part 1, the entire handle part 1 is constituted of a core part 5 composed of a hard resin, the tip side of the core part is formed into a freely bendable tapered shape, the most tip part of the tapered part 5a is formed into a flat surface 5b composed of a prescribed area, and the brush part 2 and the handle part 1 are integrally connected by inserting and burying the wires 3 of the brush part from the flat surface. The outer peripheral surface of the tapered part 5a at the tip of the core part is covered with an elastic cover 6 composed of a soft resin excluding at least the flat surface 5b at the most tip part, and the outer surface of the elastic cover is formed into a smooth tapered shape without roughness.
