<p>There are provided a DC component removal filter, method, and program capable of reducing the circuit size and simplifying the processing content. The DC component removal filter (100) includes: moving average calculation means formed by delay circuits (110, 112), adders (120, 122), a D-type flip-flop (130), and a coefficient multiplier (132) for calculating N moving averages for input data; and subtraction means formed by an adder (124) for extracting central input data from the N input data to be subjected to moving average calculation and subtracting the moving average value from the input data value.</p> |
