The blind (1), which can occupy rolled and deployed positions, with a support and guide for the latter provided by a lengthwise reinforcing bar (20), has a cover with two side wings (21a, 21b) that provides continuous support for the blind as it passes over the reinforcing bar. When wound onto its roller (2) the blind passes inside the reinforcing bar cover, which can be made from a compressible or incompressible material and has an inner locking rod (22).
