The present invention is related to the lock production industry, more particularly to a pre-assembled overlapped lock that is directly and easily welded to iron doors collapsible outwardly the zone to be secured, which is manually actuated from the exterior by a slipper without a lock key. Said lock comprises a steel base joined to the traditional overlapped lock, the steel base is lightly greater in length and width than the lock case, having a depth suitable for being directly and easily welded to outwardly collapsible iron doors, without requiring any modification or adaptation. The invention further includes a an outwardly protruding pin, which is joined to a dropper that retracts the slipper of the overlapping lock, thereby providing a user with the alternative of manually actuating the slipper of the lock from the exterior without using a lock key.
