The parachute (1) has an inflatable part consisting of an upper side (3) and the lower side, with chamber is running crosswise. These are separated by chamber or cell walls, some of which are connected to the trapped line by which the parachute is controlled. At least some of the trapped lines are fixed to one chamber or cell wall each which is of a greater height than that of the other cell walls.
