User- and mobile phone identification are transmitted via the user terminal (LAPTOP) from the first radio network (WLAN) to the mobile radio network (PLMN), or the mobile station (MS) transmits a signal to the mobile radio network (PLMN). The mobile radio network the mobile station then sends a short message subject to tariff rate, containing access information for the first radio network (WLAN). Tariff rating of the communication between user unit (LAPTOP) and the first radio network (WLAN), is effected using the tariff rating of the short message in the mobile radio network (PLMN).
