PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the design of an operation display of an ultraviolet lamp itself and appearance of a body case using light emission of the ultraviolet lamp for sterilization. SOLUTION: A flat-plate state ultraviolet lamp which emits visible rays from one face and ultraviolet rays from the other face is arranged in the neighborhood of the body case of a machine so that the front face is the visible rays emitting face, a front cover is provided on its front and this front cover is made to light.
