FIELD: medicine, plastic surgery, proctology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should isolate femoral gentle muscle to dissect it with a tendon in distal part, around a tendinous end one should fix a stocking-like netting at its length being 15-40 mm above that of tendinous muscular end, then one should direct the muscle into the tunnel around distal department of large intestine by forming an obturator apparatus. Finally, one should fix femoral gentle muscle to ischial tuber by netting's excess. In peculiar case, one should apply netting out of polyethylene- or polypropylene-based material. The innovation enables to increase reliability of obturation due to development of intestinal component of obturation and restoration of volitional contraction. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 1 cl, 1 ex |
