FIELD: medicine, plastic surgery, proctology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should isolate femoral gentle muscle to dissect it with a tendon in distal part, then one should direct the muscle into the tunnel around distal department of large intestine. It is necessary to state upon tension value of gentle muscle by taking into account its relaxation during anesthesiological procedures due to decreasing intra-anal pressure by 24-32% against the values in healthy person. Finally, one should fix tendinous end of gentle muscle to ischial tuber. The innovation enables to increase reliability of obturation due to development of intestinal component of obturation and restoration of volitional contraction. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 1 ex |
