FIELD: construction of roads, particularly packing sleepers. ^ SUBSTANCE: blade has front surface provided with hard-alloyed plates having bends. Rear surface thereof has conical part also provided with hard-alloyed plates having bends. Thickness of each plate is significantly less than thickness of the bends. Bends of plates located on front blade surface face the rear surface. Bends of plates located on rear blade surface face the front surface.
