The device has a global positioning system (GPS) antenna (1) and GPS receiver (2) to detect position of a vehicle at a time, and a subscriber identity module card (3) to record a position of geographical points. A microprocessor (4) has a unit to calculate a distance between the position of each point and vehicle position. An alarm triggering unit triggers a sound and/or light alarm when the distance is lower than a given value.
