<p>The device has a track and a connecting part connected to a fixing device (10) and a bag, respectively. The track and part interact by adhesion in a plane perpendicular to axes of orifices of the device (10) and the bag to ensure transmission of bag`s weight and impermeability by adhesion. A cradle (18) and spline (20) ensure alignment of orifices in a position found before removing a protective film from an adhesive surface.</p>
