The device has a storage water container of appropriated capacity supplied electrically by a resistor with several windings. A heat transfer fluid is water added with very less quantity of javel water in order to avoid formation of a parasite alga. The resistance of the resistor is adjusted by a night set back thermostat. A circulation pump assures permanent circulation of the heat transfer fluid.
