The device has an electrical motor (13) controlling movement of a control unit (12) cooperating with a rotating unit (15). The unit (15) moves between a position in which it is disengaged from a stop (14) and a position in which it is in support against the stop when a movable cabin (6) is near a closing or opening position and is adapted for pushing the cabin (6) towards the closing or opening position by compressing sealing devices. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle including a locking device.
