PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for managing civil engineering construction using a virtual space. SOLUTION: The system for managing the civil engineering construction includes an input operation section 1, an arithmetic processing section 2, a display section 4 and a database section 3 for storing data needed for the civil engineering construction. The data stored in the database section 3 are processed at the arithmetic processing section 2, and a civil engineering construction image 5 constructed in the virtual space is displayed on the display section 4. A virtual input section 41 is displayed on the display section 4, and is operated by the input operation section 1 while observing the construction image 5 on the display section.
