PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block to be installed on a road surface, which is suitable mainly for a measure against illegal parking, and which can respond to various demands. SOLUTION: This synthetic resin block to be installed on the road surface is composed of a combination of a plurality of respective independent split block bodies which are split into at least upper and lower parts. The blocks different in height and type can be installed on the road surface by changing the combination of the split block bodies which are split into the upper and lower parts.
