PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately measure the ground strength of a house construction site, by highly accurately controlling the construction of a pile. SOLUTION: This pile construction control system has a driving part 11 for applying torque and an axial force to a penetration body 12 penetrated though the pile installing ground, a measuring device 2 arranged between the driving part 11 and the penetration body 12 and measuring the torque and the axial force applied to the penetration body 12, and a processing system 4 for processing a measuring signal from the measuring device 2 in real time, and determines properties of the pile installing ground in real time.
