PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eaves structure and an eaves member capable of forming a gutter superior in an appearance and easy in maintenance. SOLUTION: This eaves structure of a building is composed of eaves 20 embedded with a horizontal gutter 33 opening on an upper surface of the eaves 20, an upper vertical gutter 51 for making rainwater pouring on a roof or the eaves of the upper floor flow in an upper part of the horizontal gutter 33, and a lower vertical gutter 52 for making the rainwater flowing in the horizontal gutter 33 flow to a ground surface or a drainage ditch. The eaves structure is constituted so as to make the rainwater flowing in the horizontal gutter 33 flow to the ground surface or the drainage ditch by the lower vertical gutter 52 by making the rainwater pouring on the roof or the eaves of the upper floor flow in the horizontal gutter 33 from the upper vertical gutter 51 by recovering the rainwater pouring on the eaves 20 by the horizontal gutter 33 embedded in the eaves 20 and opening on the upper surface of the eaves 20. Thus, the vertical gutter can be installed without bending, and maintenance can be facilitated. Since the horizontal gutter 33 embedded in the eaves 20 is opened on the upper surface of the eaves 20, the upper vertical gutter 51 can be installed in an upper optional place of the horizontal gutter 33.
