PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide used plastic granules for blowing into a furnace which exhibit sufficient flammability even when a large amount of used plastics are blown into a furnace, to provide a production method therefor, and to provide a method of blowing used plastics into a furnace using the same. SOLUTION: In the operation of a vertical furnace utilizing used plastics as the raw material for blowing into a furnace, granules obtained by mixing iron oxide and used plastics so as to be granulated are blown into a furnace. It is preferable that at least part of the iron oxide is composed of iron ore, and granules obtained by being compression-extruded from the holes of a ring die where a plurality of die holes are pierced at all the periphery so as to be granulated are used.
