PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing spinning reel improved in drainability inside a reel body after washed and eliminating trouble attributable to moisture persistence inside the reel body after washed. SOLUTION: This fishing spinning reel functions to reel a fishline around a spool 16 supported via a spool shaft 13 on the reel body 1 through a rotor 9 interlockingly rotating on turning a handle 4 connected to a reeling driving unit in the reel body 1. In this fishing spinning reel, the rear bottom of the reel body 1 is furnished with a draining part C opened over transverse both sides of the reel body 1 and the draining part C is closed with a covering member 17.
