<p>In producing homogeneous food, e.g. sorbet, ice cream, terrine etc. in catering trade, from frozen cylindrical block of weighed ingredients by chopping very finely in special kitchen machine with rotating knife sinking into block in stainless steel goblet, a cylindrical container corresponding to maximum filling level of goblet, is filled with ingredients for industrial portion just to maximum mark, leaving projecting edge, frozen for not less than 24 hours, delivered to caterer in freezer transport and kept in freezer until contents are processed in goblet as required. An independent claim is also included for the container used in this process.</p> |
