<p>A novel compound having excellent DPPIV inhibitory activity. It is a compound represented by the general formula (I) (wherein T1 means an optionally substituted, mono- or bicyclic, 4- to 12-membered heterocycle containing one or two nitrogen atoms therein; the structure shown by (II) means a double bond or single bond; X3 means oxygen or sulfur; X1 means optionally substituted C2-6 alkynyl, etc.; Z1 means nitrogen or -CR3=; Z2 and Z3 each independently means nitrogen, -CR1=, carbonyl, or -NR2-; and R1, R2, R3, and X2 each independently means optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl, etc.), a salt thereof, or a hydrate of either.</p> |
