PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further raise peak strength ratio.

SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a circulation container 1 which is constructed so that at least a granulated material containing at least scale-like graphite may circulate as shown in the dashed line of the figure, a feeder 2 which supplies the granulated material into the circulation container 1 as shown in the alternate long and short dash line of the figure, and a spraying nozzle 3 which sprays the granulation gas from a plurality of places in the surrounding of each location to two or more locations in the circulation region of the granulated material and along the movement direction of the granulated material.
