<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FRP-made outer plate member for an automobile that can appropriately absorb and minimize impact to a pedestrian in a collision, and has high moldability. <P>SOLUTION: An FRP-made outer plate and an FRP-made inner plate are arranged oppositely at least partially with an interval.
