PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked heat exchanger capable of preventing the displacement of an end plate in temporarily assembling a heat exchanger and improving brazing property and pressure-proof strength. SOLUTION: In this stacked heat exchanger having a tube formed by bonding two sheets of tube forming plates with each other, a core part formed by stacking the tubes and having a tank part at least on one longitudinal end of the tube, and the end plate joined to the tube forming plate of an outermost layer of the core part, a projecting part constituting a part of the tank part is formed on at least one longitudinal end part of the tube forming plate of the outermost layer, a pinch bar part is formed on the projecting part, and the end plate is provided with an engagement function engaged with the pinch bar part and a sealing function for sealing an opening part of the pinch bar part integrally with each other.
