PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner having the shape of a suction panel, which inhibits leakage of noise generated by an air blower to an outside. SOLUTION: In this air conditioning outdoor machine comprising a main body of approximately cubic hexahedron, air suction ports formed on front and back, and left and right four faces of side faces of the main body for sucking the air, heat exchangers mounted in opposition to the suction ports, and an air blower mounted at an upper part of the main body, at least one of the air suction ports comprises a suction panel provided with a plurality of opening parts for sucking the air, and a noise reflecting part for reflecting the noise from the air blower.
