PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage circuit from which stored data is easily and stably read, and which is mainly used for a program circuit. SOLUTION: The storage circuit is provided with first and second ferroelectric capacitors each having one and the other ends, a first connection part electrically connected to one end of the first ferroelectric capacitor and to the other end of the second ferroelectric capacitor, a second connection part electrically connected to the other end of the first ferroelectric capacitor and to one end of the second ferroelectric capacitor, and a potential difference supply part for supplying a predetermined potential difference between one end of the first ferroelectric capacitor and one end of the second ferroelectric capacitor.
