PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem of applying unnecessary patch programs when applying the patch programs to OS and application software, or having an effect on operation of other application software by applying the patch programs. SOLUTION: A client terminal 100 transmits an application state of the patch programs of installed OS and each application software to a server 400. The server 400 transmits required minimum patch programs, which have no effect on operation of other application software by applying the patch programs, to the client terminal 100 on the basis of information of each database, which is stored in a server storage device 500.
