PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce initial costs and running costs by sharing sending means among sensor equipment. SOLUTION: An FDML apparatus 4 is installed in a station 1 installed in a field 2, and measured data of measured signals of the sensor equipment 3 are sent to a using apparatus 11 via the FDML apparatus 4. The sensor equipment 3 itself does not need sending means, and general purpose sensor equipment 3 can be used to reduce initial costs and running costs involved in the installation.
