PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce poor ejection caused by a satellite ink droplet and a rebound mist in a color print etc. SOLUTION: In this liquid ejecting head, ejection port arrays 12 and 14 for black (K) ink are arranged among ejection port arrays 11, 13 and 15 for cyan (C), yellow (Y) and magenta (M) for the color print, so that intervals among the ejection port arrays 11, 13 and 15, which perform ejection by using a combination of a secondary color and a tertiary color, can be made longer, and so that intervals among the ejection port arrays 11, 13 and 15 for concurrent ejection can be made longer. Thus, the ink mist is sucked onto an ejection port surface of a liquid ejecting head by decompression in ejection, and bonded/united to it, so that nonejection can be prevented.
