PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arm having an adjustable support for connecting a material handling mounting part of a conveying device and a gripper for gripping the optimum grip position of a conveyed component, at a low cost in a short period of time with easy design/production. SOLUTION: A disk is stuck to an arm end in parallel with an arm shaft, and holes of clamping plates having holes slightly smaller in diameter than the disk are allowed to pass perpendicularly to the plane centerline of the disk to hold the disk by two clamping plates from the right and left. A mounting bracket to the conveying device or a gripper mounting bracket is joined to the ends of the clamping plates, and the opposite side is clamped by a clamping means.
