PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core cutter which carries out cutting of a hollow core 1 at every suitable length, wherein the core cutter can correctly support and rotate the core 1 irrespective of the diameter of the core. SOLUTION: The core cutter is formed by combining a cutting blade 2 and a spindle 3 with each other. The spindle 3 has a diameter smaller than that of the core 1, and it is inserted into the core 1 to engage with an inner surface thereof. The cutting blade 2 is opposed to the spindle 3 and pressed to an outer surface of the core 1. The core cutter further includes a pair of rollers 5 which are arranged around the spindle 3 and on both sides of the cutting blade 2 in a manner extending in parallel with the spindle 3, and pressed to the outer surface of the core 1.
