摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reconstruction method and an X-ray CT apparatus capable of capturing images of better quality when performing helical scanning with a scan surface tilted by a cone beam. <P>SOLUTION: A tilt correction processing is conducted on projection data D0 to correct the variation of a position in every view to a rectilinear moving axis of each channel of a detector array due to tilting of a scan surface, and data D1 projected on a projection plane are acquired from the corrected projection data D0 (R1). Reverse projection pixel data D2 of each pixel composing lines on a reconstruction field are acquired by projecting the data D1 projected on the projection plane in an X-ray transmission direction on each pixel composing a plurality of lines at intervals of plural pixels, parallel to the projection plane on the reconstruction field, and also acquired by interpolating between the lines (R2).
