<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizer which is excellent in deodorizing performance, capable of reducing the pressure loss of the air passing through inside, and can be produced easily at a lower cost. <P>SOLUTION: This deodorizer is composed by laminating a deodorant sheet 4 on at least one of the inside surface of the upper wall and the inside surface of the lower wall of a ventilation pipe 2 having a flat cross-section and having vents 2a and 2b at both ends thereof.
