PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker in which a diaphragm can easily be formed and assembled. SOLUTION: The speaker is provided with: the diaphragm 12; a magnet container part 12B formed on a diaphragm main body part 12A; a first frame 11 for supporting an outer circumferential part of the diaphragm 12 via an edge 13 in a vibration free way; a plate 15 concentrically inserted in the magnet container part 12B with the diaphragm 12; magnets 16A, 16B concentrically inserted into the plate 15 inserted in the magnet container part 12B with the diaphragm 12 and fixed to the plate 15; a second frame 14 for supporting the plate 15 and the magnets 16A, 16B; a first voice coil 17A wound in a ring form on the outer circumferential face in the inside of the magnet container part 12B and opposed to an inner circumferential face of the plate 15; and a second voice coil 17B wound in a ring form on the outer circumferential face in the inside of the magnet container part 12B and opposed to an outer circumferential face of the plate 15.
