PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid substance heating device using induction heating with a size smaller than a conventional device, disusing conventional heating media like hot water and saturated vapor. SOLUTION: The fluid substance heating device has a cylinder-shaped transport passage 12 having a heat generating part 11 composed of a magnetic material, through which the fluid substance passes; a stirring member 13 arranged in plural steps in the transport passage 12; and a coil 14 wound on the outside of the transport passage 12, supplying high frequency induction current to the heat generating part 11. An inner periphery surface of the transport passage 12 is composed of a corrosion- resistant metallic material, and the heat generating part 11 is adhered thereon. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
